By consolidating multi-vendor support contracts under one organisation, management is simpler and costs can be kept to a minimum. Hardware can be classified by tier, so that less critical hardware can be supported at lower levels of service and therefore reduced rates.

Hardware doesn’t need to be new in order for it to be supported. Techcroud will support both refurbished or end-of-life models, regardless of whether it was purchased by us or elsewhere.

What's services include?

Techcroud doesn’t recognise “end-of-life”, and will continue to support a model for as long as there are replacement parts available. This allows companies to improve the refresh lifecycle of their networking hardware and prevent the purchase of unnecessary kit.
