Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains what data we process when you use techcroud.com, why we process it and what rights are available to you.

1. Data controller
The personal data controller is techcroud.com Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego 1, 00-728 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID 5213927930, KRS 0000898929, REGON 388913317. For privacy matters, contact info@techcroud.com.
2. Data we process
- Form data: name, preferred contact channel, contact details, message and page language.
- Information shared during later correspondence, calls or service delivery.
- Basic technical and security logs such as IP address, request time, URL, device type and error details.
- Website usage data collected by Google Analytics only after analytics consent.
- Language preferences and the analytics decision stored in the browser.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and preparing a response or proposal — steps before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in business communication.
- Performing a contract, accounting, documentation and establishing or defending claims — contract performance, legal obligations and our legitimate interests.
- Security, error diagnosis and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- Website measurement with Google Analytics — consent, which can be withdrawn at any time in privacy settings.
4. Data recipients
Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, security and communication. The form sends the enquiry to a company channel in Discord. After analytics consent, website usage data may be shared with Google Analytics.
Data may also be disclosed to advisers, accountants or public authorities where necessary for the stated purpose or required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, the provider should rely on safeguards recognized by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
- Contact enquiries are kept while the conversation is handled and afterwards for the period needed to document arrangements or defend possible claims.
- Contract and accounting data is kept for periods required by tax, accounting and limitation rules.
- Technical logs are kept for the period needed for security and diagnosis.
- The analytics choice remains in the browser until it is changed or site data is deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send requests to info@techcroud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Cookies, local storage and analytics
- The tc_locale cookie remembers the selected language and supports essential site functionality.
- Browser local storage records the analytics decision.
- Google Analytics is not loaded before consent. After consent, it may store identifiers and measure page views, traffic sources and website interactions.
- Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to the site or contact form.
- The choice can be changed using “Privacy settings” in the footer.
9. Automated decisions
Form data is not used to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for the user.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when site features, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
